General Refund Terms

The down payment/initial payment may be refundable only within the 24 hour grace period described below and only if work has not begun

Once work begins, time, strategy, preparation, creative direction, and project resources are being invested into the service

Once work begins, refund eligibility may be denied

No refunds apply to subsequent payments, milestone payments, or final payments

No partial refunds for unused portions of services

No chargebacks or payment disputes without prior written notice to Lani Marketing


Grace Period

The initial payment includes a 24 hour refund window beginning at the time of payment

A refund may be requested within this 24 hour window only if work has not begun

If you request that work begin immediately, you understand that work may begin before the 24 hour period ends

After the 24 hour period ends, the initial payment is non refundable

The 24 hour refund window applies only to the initial payment and not to any subsequent payments

By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
