By purchasing services from Lani Marketing, you agree to the following terms:

• Pricing is determined based on project scope and is provided in a written quote, invoice, proposal, or agreement

• Scope is limited to what is expressly stated in writing

• Full payment is required before final deliverables are released, installed, transferred, or made available for use


Payment Plans

• Payment plans may be offered at Lani Marketing’s discretion

• Payment plans are not subscriptions, memberships, retainers, or cancel anytime arrangements

• A payment plan is a financing arrangement for the full project amount stated in the invoice, quote, or agreement

• Payment plans represent a commitment to the full project amount, not individual phases or separate purchases

• Payment plans may include additional fees

• Payment schedules may be structured based on milestones, progress checkpoints, or time intervals

• Standard payment structure may follow a 40/40/20 model: 40 percent initial payment before work begins, 40 percent progress payment during the project, and 20 percent final payment prior to delivery


Down Payments and Progress Payments

• A down payment or initial payment is required before any work begins

• Additional payments are typically structured as a 40/40/20 model unless otherwise stated in writing

• 40 percent initial payment is required before work begins

• 40 percent progress payment is required at a defined midpoint or milestone

• 20 percent final payment is required prior to final delivery

• Additional payments may be due at defined milestones, progress checkpoints, scheduled intervals, or before final delivery depending on project scope

• The exact payment schedule will be stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, or agreement


Final Payment and Delivery

• Final deliverables, including funnel installation, transfer, access, files, or related assets, will not be released until full payment has been received

• Lani Marketing may send a payment link or invoice for final payment prior to delivery

• Upon receipt of final payment, Lani Marketing will proceed with delivery according to the project schedule


Non Payment
​
• If a scheduled payment is missed, work will stop immediately

• No deliverables, access, or assets will be provided until payment is brought current

• All work remains the property of Lani Marketing until paid in full


Project Closure and Re Engagement
​
• Projects with no communication or payment activity for 30 consecutive days may be considered inactive and closed

• Lani Marketing is not obligated to store, maintain, or provide access to project files after closure

• To resume a project, a reactivation fee is required

• The reactivation fee will be the greater of 25 percent of the original quote or 1000

• Re engagement is subject to availability and may be declined


Recurring Services and Platform Payments

• Ongoing services, including retainers, optimization, or management, are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated in writing

• Continued access to ongoing services is dependent on timely payment

• If a recurring payment is missed, ongoing services may be paused or terminated at Lani Marketing’s discretion

• Unpaid recurring services will not be performed or continued


Platform and Hosting Payments

• Clients are responsible for all third party platform fees unless expressly stated otherwise in writing

• This includes, but is not limited to, ClickFunnels subscriptions, domains, email services, SMS services, and payment processing fees

If platform access is provided by Lani Marketing:

• Platform access is provided as a service and does not grant ownership of the underlying account

• Access is dependent on active payment

• Lani Marketing reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for non payment
